Narendra Barhate is one of the founder members of SEED Infotech. He did his engineering graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication, from the Government College of Engineering, Pune. After his graduation, he worked in the area of computer software and hardware for Defence Research & Development Organization, India. He did his Masters in Technology in Computer Science from IIT Mumbai. Leading as the CEO, Narendra believes in work culture with transparency, openness and obsession for uncompromised customer satisfaction and quality services.

Shrikant Rasane is the co-founder of SEED Infotech. He did his engineering graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication, from Pune University. After his graduation, he worked in the area of computer software and hardware for Defence Research & Development Organization, India and later pursued his Masters in Technology in Computer Science from IIT Mumbai. Shrikant handles strategic planning, corporate management and IT infrastructure management at SEED Infotech.

Bharati Barhate - Masters of Science in Environmental Science, B.Ed. and a Post Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She comes with over 10 years experience in the field of education, and has worked on various educational initiatives. Bharati heads the ‘Sparsh’ initiative with a strategic two pronged approach at societal development. On one hand Sparsh provides a forum for teachers and academicians to discuss and implement ways and means of improving the Indian School Education System. On the other hand Sparsh provides behavioral skills training and mentoring to corporate across India with a value-addition in the form of psychometric assessment.

Rajesh Vartak did his engineering graduation in Computer Science from Pune University and Master’s degree in eBusiness from BITS, Pilani. He comes with over 12 years of experience and has handled portal development, business process management and middleware like MQ Series and TIBCO. His expertise also includes J2EE architecture, web services and performance testing. He provides the technology leadership to various activities in SEED Infotech.
