The objective of the program is to develop the basic knowledge needed to manage projects effectively and is a First step toward PMP® certification. Comprehensive sections including sample questions on each knowledge area and planning processes are covered. |

Demonstrate a clear understanding of what activities, tools, & techniques, are necessary in each phase of a project & understand the PMP® examination nuances. |
